The Children's Museum is situated on 12.9 acres at the corner of 30th and North Meridian Streets, just minutes north of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. The entrance to the museum is on Illinois Street (the first street west of Meridian).

From the North:
Follow Meridian Street south to 30th Street.
Turn right on 30th Street.
Go one block west to Illinois Street and turn right.
The museum parking garage is located on the west side of Illinois Street. Visitors should take the skywalk across Illinois Street to reach the museum entrance.

From Ft. Wayne, IN:
Follow I69 south to Indianapolis.
Then follow I465 west to the Meridian Street exit and turn left.
Follow Meridian Street south to 30th Street.
Turn right on 30th Street.
Go one block west to Illinois Street and turn right.
The museum parking garage is located on the west side of Illinois Street. Visitors should take the skywalk across Illinois Street to reach the museum entrance.

From Lafayette, IN:
Follow I65 south to the 21st Street exit.
At the bottom of the ramp, turn left on 21st Street.
Follow 21st Street east to Illinois Street.
Turn left on Illinois and continue north to 30th and Illinois Streets.
The museum parking garage is located on the west side of Illinois Street. Visitors should take the skywalk across Illinois Street to reach the museum entrance.

From Anderson, IN:
Follow 37 south to I465 west to the Meridian Street exit and turn left.
Follow Meridian Street south to 30th Street.
Turn right on 30th Street.
Go one block west to Illinois Street and turn right.
The museum parking garage is located on the west side of Illinois Street. Visitors should take the skywalk across Illinois Street to reach the museum entrance.

From Frankfort, IN:
Follow 421 south.
Once in Indianapolis this road becomes Michigan Road.
Follow Michigan Road to 38th Street and turn left.
Follow 38th Street east to Meridian Street.
Turn right on Meridian Street and go south to 30th Street.
Turn right on 30th Street.
Go one block west to Illinois Street and turn right.

From South Bend, IN:
Follow State Road 31 south to Indianapolis.
In Indianapolis, this road is Meridian Street.
Follow Meridian Street south to 30th Street.
Turn right on 30th Street.
Go one block west to Illinois Street and turn right.

From Chicago, IL:
Follow I90 east to I65 south to the 21st Street exit.
